Technician(s) On-site service

Fwone assigns technician(s) to work in customer’s company. The technician(s) follow the working time of clients and solve problems at any time; and backup important data and upgrade virus etc. The number of technicians can be determined by negotiation of the two parties; (one technician could support for 100 users in general condition).

Technician’s levels: primary, intermediate and advanced.

Work model:

Temporary Service: half day, one day;

Short-term Service: one week, two weeks, one month; one quarter;

Long-term Service: six months, one year.
