Technical Program Manager


You have appropriate technical skills and experience for the role. You demonstrate a breadth and depth of knowledge in the following disciplines:

a) Help solve technical problems with urgency by helping technical teams reach consensus by asking the right questions, and offering solutions.

b) Always consider the short term needs of the business and long term implications of any decision.

c) Design pragmatic solutions. These solutions are flexible and forward-looking, while remaining simple and straightforward. 

d) Understand the basic principles of distributed systems architecture and networked services.

e) Have a master of communication. You relentlessly strive to ensure that the right information is delivered to the right audience about your programs and projects.

f)  Have an understanding and empathy for Fwone’s customers (both internal and external) and business goals, particularly those aspects relevant to your team and your division.


Basic Qualifications

a)  6 to 10 years work experience within a systems engineering organization, including working with overseas teams.

b) Excellent English skills especially oral English, ability to schedule and host conference calls with overseas teams

c) Have wide range of IT infrastructure and application knowledge and working experience;

d) Workhard; self-motived, open-minded; good team player;

e) Have experience in global company and ITIL is a plus;
