Fwone brief introduction

At present, Fwone provides professional computer technology service support for more than 1000 enterprises in China, of which foreign-funded enterprises and branches in China account for 90%, and 30 fund companies also choose our company's computer service support.

Fwone has a growing team of more than 400 full-time employees, and nearly 100 part-time engineers. fwone is equipped with professional level technical and management teams, and implements full-service staff professional skill certification system, with more than 170 certified service engineers. Development history

2006

It has opened 9 service stations including Shenzhen, Wuhan, Shenyang and Chengdu.

2007

The business expanded to overseas, and a company was set up in Hong Kong.

2008

Guangzhou company was established and unified service hotline was opened: 400-678-2400.

2009

Business continued to expand, opening more than 20 service stations in Tianjin, Xi'an, Chongqing, Qingdao, Changsha and Xiamen.

2011

Singapore company established.

2012

Obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification, and successfully registered fwone trademark; Wuhan company was established.

2013

The call center was settled in Wuhan, and the self-developed work order system was started; Taiwan company was established.

2014

Self developed mobile office platform was launched; Malaysia company was established.

2015

Self developed ERP system started, covering the business of all departments.

2017

Independent R & D products - qunci o2o IT platform was launched.

2018

14 software certifications and one patent certification were obtained.

2019

Wuhan company was awarded high-tech enterprise certification; Beijing company was awarded ITSS certification; Macao company was established.

2020

It has obtained ISO20000 information technology service management system certification, ISO27001 information security management system certification, and qunci o2o 2.0 IT platform has been updated and launched.

2005

Business expanded to Guangzhou.

2001

Qunshi was founded with its headquarters in Beijing.

2002

Shanghai company was established.
