Fwone Shines at 2023 Academic Meeting

On December 17, the 2023 Academic Annual Meeting of the Branch of Medical Engineering and Informatics, China International Exchange and Promotion Association for Medical and Healthcare (hereinafter referred to as CIEPMH), Huaxia Forum on Medical-Industrial Integration and Smart Hospital Development, and the Launching Ceremony of the "Huatuo Engineering Public Welfare Tour" Training Session for Enhancing Capacity of Primary Medical Institutions through Medical-Industrial Integration were successfully held at Wuhan Eurasia International Exhibition Hotel.

The conference was hosted by the Branch of Medical Engineering and Informatics, CIEPMH, and undertaken by Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The forum gathered elites from medicine, industrial technology, and enterprises, and invited experts from various fields to participate. Participants shared and exchanged views on the development of medical-industrial integration and smart hospitals, and jointly discussed the construction and development of smart hospitals, medical-industrial integration and technological innovation.

2、Intelligent Voice Customer Service

When users report faults via phone, the call will be automatically transferred to the voice customer service if there is no response within 5 seconds, adopting a user-friendly voice reception mode. With voice conversion capability, it converts fault reports into text, automatically generates work orders, and retains recording files.

 

3、Intelligent Ticket Dispatching

It extracts keywords and associates them with the established ticket dispatching model. Through rapid simulation training, it achieves semantic analysis and intelligent order dispatching. At present, the accuracy rate of voice analysis and ticket dispatching exceeds 95%.

Proactive O&M: Exploring Predictive Management

Many traditional O&M management platforms only support multi-channel fault reporting, adopting passive "firefighting" management. In response to this situation, Wang Chongjiu mentioned that shifting from passivity to proactivity is the better way to solve users' problems.
Proactive O&M service is a customer-oriented service model that covers the whole process (before, during and after faults), proactively identifies problems and intervenes in a timely manner. Fwone provides the Proactive Connect module, which includes three functions: new-generation remote assistance, proactive monitoring and situation awareness.

Before a user's device breaks down, the system can monitor the operating status of the host in real time, collect basic information of the device, and visualize it in a card view or modeling mode, allowing technicians to clearly grasp the status of all terminals in the hospital.

When a user's device breaks down, situation awareness provides a unified threat detection and risk disposal platform for users. Proactive early warning transforms "passive post-fault management" into "proactive pre-fault prevention".

3、After Fault: Proactive Connect and Remote Assistance

After receiving early warning information from situation awareness, technicians can directly provide remote assistance to user terminals through one-click IP-free mode to solve related problems. Proactive Connect supports two modes: silent remote and interactive remote, providing functions such as information interaction, real-time whiteboard, file transfer and terminal commands.
